*The monovalent human attenuated rotavirus vaccine IgA,Immunoglobulin A
aExclusion criteria include: received any rotavirus vaccine before enrolment; had any known allergies or sensitivity to rotavirus vaccines or their contents; had a history of intussusception, abdominal surgery, intestinal malformation, or a chronic medical condition identified by a medical officer; had a severe illness that required hospital admission; experienced vomiting or intolerance to liquids 24 hours before enrolment; received a rotavirus vaccine outside the study; identified a medical condition in which participation posed a risk (eg; bleeding disorder that would contraindicate collection of blood); received immunosuppressive medications; could not obtain blood during the first visit.1
